Our subscription pricing and services - designed to be easier than buying.
Pricing & Fees
Low-cost monthly subscription
Your first payment will be your total monthly subscription + C$99 delivery to deliver the items to your home (FREE delivery if your order is >C$199/month). Your subscription recurring payments (just your total subscription amount) begin 1-month after your delivery. There are no additional fees for having a subscription account.
6-month minimum subscription
All our furniture has a minimum subscription of 6-months per product. Once you’ve met our 6-month term, you can freely swap or return your furniture, just pay C$99 delivery & collection. See Swap and Return for more details.
Subscription charges reduced by 90% after 3 years
Your monthly payments are reduced by 90% on your product’s 3-year subscription anniversary. From then, just 10% of your original subscription is charged monthly, giving you continued access to use our swap, return, repair and move services. For example, if you're subscribing to a sofa for $50 per month, after 36 months, you only pay $5 per month.
C$99 Delivery & Collection Service
Each time our delivery team comes to your home to deliver or collect furniture for any reason, we charge a C$99 fixed fee per service.
- This service includes in-room assembly on delivery of any products
- Delivery is FREE for orders > C$199/month
Product Repair Service
If you're in need of a repair at any time during your subscription, all you have to do is pay the quoted cost for repair + the C$99 Delivery & Collection Service and we will collect the item for repair and give you a repaired version, same-day, ensuring you're not left empty handed. Aloe Furniture C$199 Local Moving Service
With Aloe subscriptions we can move your furniture to your new home, collect any existing products you’d like to return or swap and have any new products delivered all at the same time. The service is available within our local service areas or cities for a fixed fee of C$199. See Move for more details.
Swap
The desire to replace or swap our furniture becomes more apparent over time. With your subscription, this is made easy (and exciting!) by not only saving your time, but your money too. Swap your furniture when you need to re-design, upgrade or downgrade your space and we will provide delivery and collection on the same day.
How to Swap:
1. Select your new furniture item from our website and complete checkout - please add a note to your order that this is a swap.
2. Pay the C$99 Delivery & Collection Service (per home visit) and we will collect your old item and replace it with the new one in the same visit.
3. Your new subscription begins on the day it is delivered. Your old subscription is cancelled and you are credited any excess days not used from your last recurring payment.
Swapping before 6-months - All products are on a 6-month minimum subscription. So if you choose to swap your product before the 6-month term, you will have to pay the full 6 month subscription (minus the subscription payments you’ve already made). You can proceed with the How to Swap steps and we will dicuss your preffered payment options for your previous subscription (carry on gradual monthly payments until 6 months is up, or pay up front in full).
Returned product conditions - We don’t charge for normal wear and tear or minor damages when you hand back your subscription for a swap. If your product has major damage for any reason (it happens!) or the product is beyond repair then there may be additional charges, for more details read our Fair Return Evaluation.
Damages
During subscribing and wanting to repair a damaged item - If a product is damaged, you can repair this product by paying the quoted cost for repair + the C$99 delivery & collection. We will collect the item and give you a repaired version same-day ensuring you're not left empty handed.

When returning or swapping (a damaged item) - We do not charge you anything unless the product has major damage or is beyond repair.

Repair
For any repair all you have to do is pay us the quoted cost for repair (using our Repair Cost Breakdown below) + the C$99 delivery & collection. We will collect the item for repair and give you a replacement, same-day, ensuring you're not left empty handed.
Repair Cost Breakdown:
- Legs Under 12" - coffee tables, end tables, benches, sofas, chairs - C$10-20 per part
- Legs Over 12" - dining tables, bar tables, dining chairs, stools, bed posts, etc - C$15-35 per part
- Upholstered Items - sofa arm cover, back cover, cushion cover, bed headboard cover, footboard cover, etc - C$40-75 per part
- Hard Surfaces - tops of dining tables, coffee tables, console tables, end tables, desks, benches, etc - C$40-75 per part
- Accessories - all other items - C$10-45 per part
- Beyond Repair - item is considered unusable and unrepairable - Maximum 50% of the retail price.

Fair Return Evaluation
When you return or swap any of our products, we do not charge you anything unless the product has major damage or is beyond repair. See below our Fair Return Evaluation for details on what’s classed as normal wear and tear, minor damage, major damage and beyond repair.
Covered ------
Normal Wear And Tear - No Charge
- Small stains (smaller than a credit card)
- Light scratches (can’t feel them)
Minor Damage - No Charge
- Large stains (bigger than a credit card)
- Deep scratches and grooves (deeper than 2mm)
Not Covered----
Major Damage - Fees apply
- Missing parts or components
- Structurally damaged or broken parts that render product unusable
Beyond Repair - Fees apply
- Item is considered unusable and unrepairable

Return
When you need to return your furniture, for whatever reason, just contact us to schedule a time that suits you and we will come and collect it.
If returning before 6-months - All products are on a 6-month minimum subscription. So if you choose to return your product before your 6-month minimium, you will have to pay the full 6-month subscription (minus the subscription payments you’ve already made). We will dicuss your preffered payment options (carry on gradual monthly payments until 6 months is up, or pay up front in full).

Move
When it’s time to move, it can be stressful, as unforeseen costs can quickly add up deciding what to take, what to sell and what you need for your new space. This is often a time when we think about upgrading or replacing things we’re not quite happy with and looking for furniture that better suits your new home.
With our subscription you can either move yourself or use our Aloe Furniture Moving Service. With both options, for all products that are “moved”, the subscription period will not reset.
Move yourself - We allow our customers to move the furniture you are subscribing to if that’s what you would prefer to do. We just need to ensure the new address is within our service area and which products you’re moving yourself. Please contact us to let us know ahead of time.
Aloe Furniture C$199 Moving Service* - If your new home is within our local service area, we can move your furniture for you for C$199. This service includes both delivery of any new products you want in the move and collection of any products you want to return. Just let us know what products to be returned, moved and delivered to your new address. Please contact us to arrange this.
- Moving outside our local service areas (not included) - We do not offer this moving service when moving across the same country or countries. Instead, cancel your subscription and restart your subscription with the products you need in your new home. Product availability across our US & Canadian network will differ.
*Terms
- We require all furniture drawers to be emptied
- We do not move other non-Aloe furniture or other items
Moving Process
Choose what products you want to keep - There will always be some pieces that we want to keep, although, often expensive or don’t quite fit in our new home. Your subscription gives you the flexibility to make those changes and keep the items you want at a low cost.
Choose what products you want to return - When owning furniture, we often have to sell things we no longer want or pay to transport them only to find they no longer suit our new home. When moving with subscription, you can simply return any products you no longer need. See our Return page.
Choose the new products to fit your space - When we move, this is the perfect time for us to re-design, upgrade or refresh the look of our home. Browse our catalog to see if there are any products that better fit your new home (possibly a better arranged sofa orientation). Or you can make this decision later, if you’d rather move first.
Decide if you want move yourself or use our C$199 moving service - Deciding how you want to move, or what’s easiest and economical can depend on what you’re keeping, returning or adding to your subscription. With Aloe Furniture C$199 moving service, we handle the heavy lifting, move the items you want to keep and arrange a same-day delivery and collection of your new and/or returned products, so your new home feels like home.
Contact us to arrange (1 month before moving) - If you’re doing it yourself or using our service contact us at hello@aloefurniture.com to let us know the dates of your move and if you’re going to keep, return and/or add items to your subscription.
C$199 Local Moving Service
With Aloe subscriptions we can move your furniture to your new home, collect any existing products you’d like to return or swap and have any new products delivered all at the same time. C$99 Delivery & Collection
Each time our delivery team comes to your home to deliver or collect furniture we charge C$99 fixed fee per service:
- Initial delivery (FREE delivery on orders > C$199/month).
- To swap or return within your first 7 days of delivery.
- To swap (combined delivery of new item and collection of your old item).
- To repair (combined delivery of replacement and collection of repair).
- To return (collection of subscription items).
All deliveries include in-room assembly.
Upon delivery, we kindly request that you present your identification to ensure it matches the billing name on your order.

7 Day Swap or Return (no subscription fees)
To ensure you’re satisfied with the furniture you’ve chosen for your space, we offer a return or swap within 7 days of delivery, outside of your 6 month minimum (no subscription fees). We charge a C$99 delivery and collection fee for this service.

Failed Payments & Termination
Upon failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to charge your card 2 more times, once every 72 hours, starting from the payment due date. If 3 attempts fail, we will charge you a C$25 late fee and your subscription could be terminated.
If you're unsure why your payment failed, take a look at the following options to help you investigate:
- Payment details not up to date (card expired, stolen/new card, wrong credit card information)
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Bank soft-decline (some banks may auto-flag online purchases which require the card owner to release the transaction)
- Credit card purchase cap limit
If you need to update your payment details, you can do this by logging into your account. Please contact us to let us know of this change. Otherwise, you may need to contact your bank.
How To Cancel
When the time comes, you can cancel or return furniture with a few simple steps.
Note: If you're moving, we allow you to take your furniture with you or can move for it for (while taking back or adding any other products) at the same time. See more details here.
Simple Steps
- Login to your account
- For each product subscription choose the option "Cancel"
- We will reach out to confirm a pick-up date and final costs
- Once confirmed you will be billed C$99 pick-up fee plus the remaining subscription balance if any products being returned are within 6-months (our minimum duration).
- We pick-up the furniture on the scheduled date! Remember, we cover general wear and tear so don't worry about cleaning it yourself.
